- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including scripts and captions, tailored to each platform to enhance audience interaction.
- Assists with the team in charge of covering live events, ensuring timely updates, capturing key moments, and engaging with the audience in real time.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, audience insights, and engagement opportunities.
- Generate detailed reports on social media performance, analyzing key metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategies with overall brand goals.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a vibrant and loyal online community.
- Assist in brainstorming and implementing campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Requisitos
- Strong understanding of TikTok and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in digital marketing and community management.
- Currently enrolled in related fields.
Habilidades desejáveis
- Written and verbal Spanish communication ability is a plus.
- Experience in creating content, whether professionally or personally, is a bonus.
