Principais atividades

Support from end to end in the execution of multi-sector content events with a high-level audience throughout Latin America, whether in a virtual or in-person format
Being in contact with suppliers
Development of communications and invitations
Support with invitations (mailing) and RSVP
Support internal communications for regional offices.
Interface with other marketing functions to ensure that plans are aligned to achieve Bain's overall marketing objectives.

Requisitos

Between 3rd and 5th semester of bachelor’s graduation in public relations, or other areas
Fluency in English and Intermediate Spanish would be an additional asset
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good writing, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication
A can-do attitude coupled with an ability to work in a team
Strong focus on learning and development
