CX Intern

Principais atividades

As a member of the Customer Experience team, the Customer Experience Intern will support Coordinators and Managers in various tasks, including but not limited to:
Managing and operating campaigns within our internal platform (Teads Ad Manager)
Extracting campaign reports and conducting initial performance analysis
Suggesting and applying campaign optimizations based on performance insights
Creating and manipulating reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
Providing day-to-day support to clients and internal teams
Capturing screenshots and preparing demos for clients
Overseeing the post-sale process: campaign setup, pacing, delivery, and post-campaign analysis
Receiving, validating, and managing creatives, as well as implementing third-party ad server pixels in our creative enhancement studio for tracking purposes

Requisitos

Qualifications and skills:
Analytical and results-driven, with a solid understanding of key digital media metrics and performance indicators
Bachelor’s degree in progress
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Google Slides and Sheets
Comfortable reading, interpreting, and working with spreadsheets and performance reports
Strong presentation and slide creation skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
Proactive, curious, and eager to solve problems and find areas for improvement
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable in collaborative environments and customer-facing situations
A true team player who builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced to fluent English proficiency
